Click on the below listed PDF link to download a copy of the membership application. Please read the "Requirements for Membership" listed on page 3 of the application. By signing the application you certify that you are a White person of good moral character with no disqualifying characteristics as outlined in the "Requirements for Membership" portion of the document (please retain page 3 of the document for your own records). Mail in the completed membership application along with a check or money order for your first month's membership dues, plus the $15.00 application fee, to the address listed on the application. |
